Really?
As carne means flesh and the earth is
obviously not of flesh, it is more correct,
if the doctrine of rebirth is ascribed to
globes and planets, to speak of 
re-embodiment.
What reincarnates on Earth are living beings 
with a reincarnating ego, commonly called 
human beings.
