If msgs are posted on I-net then they can be read by all -- if they are
destined to anyone in particular then I would say they ought not to be
discussed publicly without prior consent of senders.

That was my understanding as well.
Suppose I see a msg on a maillist, which I suspect is posted by someone
using a pseudonym (it does happen all the time in the maillists and
internet posting - especially when provocative or radio active subjects are
discussed or opinions posted), I do not think that it is appropriate to use
any psychic mind/thought reading process to investigate whether the poster
is using his/her real name or using a pseudonym. It is true that when the
person was composing the msg, he/she would have generated the thoughts
which would be somewhere in the Akashic Records.
