If you have downloaded the 3 parts on PDF into your PC, and if you have a copy of Acrobat reader you can read or print it.
Fortunately it can be copy-pasted into some other applications and MSword accepts it.
Acrobat reader is, if you do not have it, downloadable at www.adobe.com and while you open the files inside it, maintaining the MSWord open, you can copy from PDF and paste into a blank msword doc.
It is a hard work but once you do you have the entire version free of bug of some converters.
I know another application that converts PDF into a word version, a trial version is at www.solidpdf.com. at this link http://www.solidpdf.com/pdf-to-word.htm..... try.
