Where do you read "hatred" in anything said above?
It's DRIPPING with hatred. I realize that he cleverly phrases things so
that he implies rather than states, kind of like a couple of mob
enforcers coming to your business, and saying, "You've got a nice
business here. It would be a shame if some people came and burned it to
the ground." he is using buzz phrases normally used as bigoted attacks
on Christianity. Now, I realize that it's really cool to say, "All
religions are good, except Christianity, which is pure evil." But hatred
is hatred. This is a message of "brotherhood" as much as the mobster's
message is one of true concern.
