2004 Theosophical Conference, 

San Diego



To: All Persons Attending :

We have tried to make it easy for everyone to find the presentation areas at
the Hotel. 



The following will help you find the conference rooms:


1. All conference rooms are just off Regency Road on the Hotel grounds, as
shown on the Town and Country Hotel Map

2. In every Hotel parking lot, there will be a sign with an arrow pointing
toward the Theosophical Conference Rooms.


3. At the Hotel Reservation Desk, there will be Program / Brochures and
Hotel Maps available to anyone that asks for them.


4. We now have a total of 10 "Conference Hosts," who will be wearing orange
"Theosophical Conference" badges, and they will also have maps, brochures,
and all other information about the conference with them. They will be at
tables in front of every Theosophical conference presentation room.




5. THURSDAY



For those arriving Thursday evening, 



Jo and Chuck Raysbrook will be there to greet all at 6:00 PM at the
Trellises Restaurant on the Hotel grounds, and they will have maps and
brochures with them.




6. FRIDAY: 



Jo and Chuck Raysbrook and Joan and Wayne Williams will be just inside the
Convention Center Room, located just off Fashion Valley Road, at tables set
up for the Theosophical Conference, and they will have maps and brochures
with them as well. This is the spot where the chartered bus will arrive at
11:00 AM Friday morning. 



It is a good idea to be there a little earlier than this. There will be
maps to the Point Loma site, as well, for those who will be driving.
