Re: Theosophy after HPB

Pedro,
Perhaps as a pro-active approach the society could produce a pamphlet
to point out very gently that some of the teachings in CWL's AB's
writings differ from those originally given by HPB and the Mahatmas
And perhaps mention Margaret Thomas's book `Theosophy and Neo
Theosophy' as recommended reading so students can study these
differences and be aware of them and decide for themselves.
Perhaps all Lodges and Branches could be made aware of this book and
perhaps encouraged to supply it in there libraries and bookshops.
Good introductions to the original teachings are in Geoffrey
Farthing's titles and in the little theosophical manuals from Point
Loma as well as Shirley Nicholson's book is also very good.
Would it be possible to put this suggestion to the General Council or
relevant committee.
Regards
Perry
