Maybe this is a relevant Buddhist concept, see link below. Also a modern
correlate in Scientific terms is the Gariaev Research Team findings, see link
below. Both indicate the Non-local realm which hold the Potentia for all past,
present and future potentials through which "evolvement" finds and locates
the appropriate form context for a step of evolvement to utilize, and, by
transducement from Non-local into the realm of our awareness in the various kingdoms
including Human change is brought about.
