There's a zen macro diet that calls for
a minimal intake of water. Not that I
deeded to diet, but I suspect that it
was my macro waterlessness that might've
led to my kidney stone. I'm guessing
that a more watery macro diet might be
more sensible if one can somehow get
enough protein ... I discovered that I
could eat just about any amount of rice
without gaining weight. If anybody here
is thinking of making some macro bread,
I suggest having some carpenters tools
on hand for slicing it. I speak from
experience.
