Acording to theosophical teachings which kind or type of energy is carried from one homeopathic solution to another by these dilutions/powering in this case?

That's where you're incorrect. I will take the 30C method, one step at 
a time:

1C: Make a 1% solution, well mixed = 10^-2 original substance.
2C: Take the 1% solution, make a 1% solution out of that = 10^-4 
original substance
3C: Take the 10^-4 solution, make a 1% solution out of that = 10^-6 
original substance.
4C: Take the 10^-6 solution, make a 1% solution out of that = 10^-8 
original substance.
5C: Take the 10^-8 solution, make a 1% solution out of that = 10^-10 
original substance.
6C: Take the 10^-10 solution, make a 1% solution out of that = 10^-12 
original substance.
7C: Take the 10^-12 solution, make a 1% solution out of that = 10^-14 
original substance.
8C: Take the 10^-14 solution, make a 1% solution out of that = 10^-16 
original substance.
9C: Take the 10^-16 solution, make a 1% solution out of that = 10^-18 
original substance.

Oh dear! We're only at 9C, and we have already passed your number! And, 
if you see the progression, the percentage of the original substance in 
the mixture = 10^-(2 times the number before the "C"). However, I must 
admit, that I forgot about the X concentrations (which are not commonly 
used). Those have concentrations of 10^-(the number before the "X").
