Ali did not write that, kpaul Johnson did, as explanation for me, while I
was having a 'senior moment'.
Having slept on it, I recalled reading the whole CWL controversy ball of wax
years ago when I was more involved in researching Theosophy, (during a
period I ran an 'occult' bookstore) and having come to a conclusion similar
to many here. I find, for instance, his statements re: tobacco and the
chakras patently idiotic, although I'm not a smoker-
Some of what he details in his book, The Chakras, is true on the face of it;
some other material is not.
I do recall having been familiarized with the imaginary Gerald story years
ago, and apologize to those who endured my episode of 'half-Heimers'. I
will say in defense of my forgetfulness, that it didn't really merit the
memory( to me).
