Just asking the question why people are allowed to remain on this list when 
they do such and such implies the possibility of removal from the list as 
an option and an unstated agreement with that possibility should it 
actually exist. If you don't agree that someone should be removed from the 
list for the reasons you have listed then why ask the question in the 
first place?

Separation is punishment. I am not talking physical plane activity here. 
Isn't the spiritual path we would like to think we are on also called the 
path of return?
