My humble view on your last posts.
I feel that the Cleather´s critiques on A.A.B´s books referred in are quite true, but they only showed the negative aspects of the 2 works, as well as their inaccuracies and controversies, but pray tell where are the posisitve points who posssibily atracts so many searchers?
>From the little I have read on the "A Treatise on Cosmic fire", I cannot find anything that can enrich or even clarify what I have learned from the SD.But in the book "Letters about Occult Meditation" there are many pearls that are worth reading.
Although many newcomers go to theosophy reading AAB´s books, I hope theysoon change their way to Blavatsky´s works, like me, like Daniel once wrote, whom got to know theosophy from CWL.
I have no regret for that because there are MANY POSITIVE ASPECTS on CWL´s books.
I gess that with those newcomers/AAB´s works is the same.
The criticism done by Cleather/Clump are grave and , due to their erudition, trustful.
But we must do our own trial.

Yeah, we are in 2004 and many changes happened, but if there were inaccuracies at that period of time, they stills tand for today.
The colouring AAB adds to the aspects of theosophy contributed to enlarge its popularity...but in a distorted view.
Let me explain my point of view:
With the idea of the so-called term" overshadowing", adapted presentlyto "cannelling" in a contemporary language, the communication with the entities received a more "sacred Aura" and apparent importance.
So the communication with the Masters became apparently accessible to anyone, and you can see that through the enormous amount people who claim to have contact with a master M, Master X and Y.
A great distortion.
People nowadays get puzzled because the "fashionable" New-age, atributed toArcane School and HPB, CWL, AAB, driving the newcomers and beginners to a " salad", a mess of tendences.

Many Kamarupas or eidolons also use the name of oriental masters to get more convincing!
So the medium instantly gains more reputation!
Isn´t it harmful?
The visible and negative fruits of Bailey´s distortions and egocentrical daydreaming giving more reputation to psychics, charlatans and mediums.
