My statement is based on reality. Mr Algeo has vol. I of four scheduled vol.
of Boris de Zirkoff's HPB letter collection since 1996, handed out by the
late John Cooper. Now we have 2004 and this vol. never appeared.
Is that based enough?

I find in Frank Reitemeyer's recent email, the statement:

"... John Algeo, who wants not to publish the HPB letter
collection of Boris de Zirkoff. . . ."

EXACTLY what does this mean?????? Could the statement be rephrased so
as to clarify the meaning????

And what is the statement based on???
