Dear Dallas,

Since all creation proceeds from inner to outer, from the spiritual 
impulse to the material manifestation, it seems reasonable to work on 
one's own purity starting in the heart. It may not make as much 
difference what food we eat as it does that we try to be kind to our 
fellow earth creatures. There is a natural progression to all things. 
Perhaps the most natural is different for each individual. But I know 
that I am most comfortable with people who take the inner principles 
to heart and try to live according to their own higher ideals.
