Re: Theos-World Re: Outsourcing of jobs and American jobs.

Hallo all,

May I ....

My views are:

On outsourcing and jobs.
We are today withnessing a growth in the need for
"Working with emotional inteligence".

And because of that - I predict one will watch a counter-reaction
of the growth of short-term jobs and how you outsources.

Even in Silicon Valley USA the more young ('too-nerdy') leaders are being
thrown out again and older and more solid and experienced
("emotional intelligence") leaders are being hired.

This shows, that - experience - still counts and
a company who wants a solid economic development
can not afford ignoring "emotional intelligence"

There is the books:
"Working with emotional Intelligence" by Daniel Goleman
"The fifth Discipline" by Peter Senge
"The Learning Company" Mike Pedler &...

Because of computers and fast communication
the need for what some call "emotional intelligence"
will grow and IS growing as I write this.
It is also called "intuition". But it is not to be confused
with what we normally call theosophical intuition.
There is a spiritual oriented difference and a difference in understanding.

Try this one:

Mulla Nasrudin in "Facing the western realities"

***The new man in town told Mulla Nasrudin, "I have come out here to make an
honest living." "WELL," said the Mulla, "THERE'S NOT MUCH COMPETITION." ***

Did this help ?
