No, but when certain state officials in Florida close their eyes all
the black voters in that state disappear as do their votes, which if
counted would have left W with only the supreme court to declare him
the winner. As it happened voting irrefgularities were not enough
and he had to turn to the supreme court anyway. Good thing all those
guys were his daddy's boys.
