Superficially at least it reminds me of the Raudive experiments which 
were published some thirty years ago. There was an interesting 
article about it in the British engineerimg magazine WIRELESS WORLD 
and there was also a book although I remember little about it. I do 
recall that some sort of electrical apparatus was used to pick up 
communications of undetermined origin and that the content was of 
very little consequence. With millions of radio transmitters beung 
used throughout the world it would be difficult to prove that these 
messages came from the dead.
