Only if you live in Cook County (more accurately known as Crook
County) and you have been patiently waiting for political reform
since long before Al Capone was born. The laxst time I was in
Chicago I spoke with some people who were still waiting, but they
were about to give up. Their next project is to wait for global
warming to produce a hot day in January in Saskatchewan.
