That is what I like to call those who forget that they have lived
many many lives in many many forms. The Indian mystics say we have
spent 84 lac in species before getting the human birth. That is
84,000 lives in bodies other than human. And when we did get the
human birth do we think we have been "good" and full of light in all
these lifetimes? I think not. In my own pantheon of beliefs about
Jesus, such as he is portrayed in the Bible, is that he did not die
for the sins of mankind so much as he died for his own past life
sins so that he could go on the next spiral of the ladder of
evolution. It is all part of evolution.

I hesitate to use that word, because the old-school evolutionists do
not like and have denigrated Blavatsky and her work, but it is her
work which made them not only survive but flourish. So let's not
wear blinders in the real world because there is so much to learn
spiritually and psychically that it would be counterproductive to
not have the basics under our belt. And if you need a primer or a
refresher course on the basics of rebirth you can read the many
posts that Netemara has posted on theosophy_talks_truth for starters.

Or you can study online or get some books, but don't give spiritual
opinions based on tunnel vision, I don't see it.

Thanks
