Thanks for the URL. Very helpful for those who wants to read it!
The original edition was printed in a paper which crumbled over the years 
and was not reprinted by TPH. The legend is that it was not reprinted per a 
request of Krishnamurti. As I recall, Ernest Wood was around in Adyar when 
it was produced and he has some interesting things to say about it.
