Thanks for your comments. In reading it I was attracted to the 
part where you
ask if mentation and intention and willing is directed to "Nature" in 
it's
Pan-determined aspect is the same as a prayer to God or God(s). It made 
me
think of a radio show I have listened to here in California for many 
years and it's
Host Art Bell. Now Art Bell had for over 12 years that I listened to 
his program,
which was syndicated to over 400 radio stations in the USA and also in 
Europe,
the Pacific and Australia asked many times a gnawing question he wanted 
to
know from those he interviewed and the responses of the live call-ins 
from listeners.
He wanted to know if Man had soul. And in this process it led him to 
also wonder
if there is or is not a Deity, and if not then what? Well, there came a 
time when he
to attempt a mass experiment. He asked his audience of over 40 million 
people to
clear their minds and concentrate upon a single thought and to strongly 
will that it
come to pass. He announced the date, time, minute, and thought. When the 
time
evidently hordes of his audience participated in his Group experiment as 
it had
remarkable results. The intentioned Thought of the many seemed to have 
brought
what was asked for. The result astonished Art bell! He was somewhat taken 
aback
by it and then felt a deep sense of responsibility that if such a thing 
were treated
lightly and used improperly injury could be the result. Over several years 
he after
serious cogitation he did this type of experiment again and each time he 
got what he
considered seriously significant results, until finally he was convinced 
that there is 
"some force" or even God that was responding to the synchronized mass 
projection
of a single Thought in the minds of many of his 40 million audience. He 
then told
us all that he was so awed by this that he would now refuse to conduct any 
more
experiments of this kind and type. Art Bell is retired now and a new Host 
is asking
the same question and doing the same experiment and the audience loves it! 
It is
in part the wide spectrum of inquiry into everything under or above the 
sun as topics
but in particular Spirit, Soul of Man, Paranormal, Ghosts, Being from 
other Planes,
UFO's, Science and all else that is placed before a captivated and curious 
population
of listeners that have no Borders even if Oceans are there. Forty-Million 
People are a
significant percentile of the USA.

So, from my view your question about a "Force" or "Nature" or "Deity" 
even if such
is ever obscured by the Ring of Necessity and the dictate of Reality is a 
"Yes!"
