I'm not Mauri, but you DID post this as a public message, so I assume that you intended everybody to read it.

know what Theosophy is ?
Because everything is interconnected? Because knowing people's motivations helps one edit personal prejudices out of their works?

Steiner, for example, did not like the idea of Krishnamurti as the "World Teacher" (well, hell, KRISHNAMURTI didn't like that idea, either, as it turned out). But his personal preference was not sufficient; he would not allow people who DID believe that Krishnamurti was the World Teacher into the German Section of the TS. Kind of puts a damper on that First Object, and all. Annie Besant didn't like it, tossed him. He created his own group, which was more Christian oriented.

Compare this, for example, to the current President of T.S. Adyar, who, to all appearances, is doing exactly what Steiner got thrown out for: keeping people out of the T.S. because of their religious beliefs. Now, there may be another reason, but Ms. Burnier is not giving any. Not a good way to lead a group whose motto is "There is no religion higher than truth", if you ask me (which you didn't).
