Yes. To become a Master it is said that one must have acquired the wisdom of 
the primal Cosmic or Solar Monadic source along with the knowledge of the 
fundamental laws that determine how the primal electrical energies carry and 
transmit karmic information through the various fields of consciousness (that are 
coadunate but not consubstantial and rooted on the abstract primal zero-point 
itself, that is the root of both all seeing awareness and all powerful will). 

Therefore, A Master would certainly know how to use such power of will 
directed by mind, to accomplish any creative or counter creative process that can be 
visualized -- no matter where and how originated from lesser endowed monadic 
beings. Also, since karma and it's effects must be based on holographic 
vibrational energy patterns traveling in the akasha and throughout all the lower 
realms, all it would take to counteract another's karma is to have a knowledge 
of the method of reversing the karmic waves they originated by setting up 
counter waves (similar to back emf, or opposing sound and color waves on the 
physical plane) that reduces them to a neutral condition... Thus, removing such 
karmic causes-effects from the individualized karmic energy chain and, thereby 
eliminating their connection with the entity that set them up in the first place. 


This could be as simple a process (for the trained Adept) that is not much 
different from HPB's ability to precipitate physical writing from the air, 
teleport physical objects, or create any other true psychic phenomena. And, not 
much different from the ability of a Master to neutralize and transcend his own 
karmic chain of causes and effects. 

Therefore, why should a seventh degree Adept or higher Master be incapable of 
using whatever creative or counter-creative process on his own planes of 
existence that the original Dhyan Chohans or Cosmic architects have on ther 
planes? Isn't that what "Mastery of the Mysteries of Universal Creation? (that is 
the basis of the title, Master) means?
