If I were a dictator, with a record of viscious atrocities including using
chemical agents on my own countrymen, would I want the most powerful nation
on earth to drive me from power and restore the right of self-government to
my people?
If my children were living under the tyranny of a brutal dictator, would I
want the most powerful nation on earth to drive that dictator out of power
and restore to my children the right to govern themselves?
