Getting tired of this futile personality nonsense. This is simply your own
perceptions. And what hang ups you have that precipitate them are strictly in
your own mind. As for the rest of us, we can make our own decisions as to what
is "haughty and egotistical" and what is not. (And, in any cases, what
difference would that make as to the validity of what we hear or read?) Frankly I
think your perceptions are, to say the least, full of crap. Most of us "true
(vid: "honest") theosophists" read what people say and interpret the meanings
for ourselves based on our own ideas and perceptions and what theosophical
knowledge we have learned... And generally, I would assume, don't (or at least
try not to) apply personal prejudices in making our judgments as to the validity
of the statements made or quotations given. Besides, what gives you the
chutzpah to say what right anyone else has to say what they need to say in any way
they want to or can say it? If you are one of the students HPB "turned off"
for using the forms of language she chose, why are you here discussing her
work? And what has starting a movement got do with any rights HPB had to speak
her truth in any way she needed to or was capable of? Now I know why ULT and
the Theosophy Company requests that any public speakers or writers on
theosophical ideas remain anonymous. It's to keep judgmental people like you from
making presumptions about, or "turning off" what they say based on personality
factors. On the other hand, if you are a long time theosophist, haven't you
understood yet that HPB said much more between her lines than she said within
them? The last three keys are as obvious in HPB's writing to the "intuitive
student," as well as to an "Adept," as if she had written them in stone. She
telegraphed this in so many places in her writings that it would be pointless to
point them out... Especially to those who are only capable of skimming the
surface of esoteric or occult realities. So, maybe it's about time we all woke up
and smelled the coffee before spouting our inconsequential and ad hominem
comments about other people's ideas and perceptions -- about ALL aspects of "true
theosophy" (which we can either know intuitively, or not -- depending on our
"readiness" to learn as well as our level of "self realization"). So, where
are you pontificating from with your inconsequential and time and energy
wasting personality projections?
