Bill I think you were right about this one the question is that if Saddam 
know that using this nuclear capability will also bring down his regime and 
wanton destruction of iraq if the us or israel retaliate when this happen it 
will plunge the region ito chaos and also the whole world.In my opinion US 
always serve as deterrent to any such action Im not sure if US is really for 
oil,but more likely of terrorism and how to contain it
