As I stated in an earlier message, it WAS private property. However, it
was also a public accommodation.
I seem to recall something to the effect that in a democracy, you can express
yourself and/or voice your opinions. But, just keep your eyes closed for the
fact that George Orwell's prediction is one step closer.
The government had nothing to do with this. A owner of a private entity
accused a man and his son of trespassing. The police, having no reason
not to believe the owner, arrested them. If it turns out that the
accusation was false (as it was), the owner of the private entity is now
liable to both civil and criminal charges. And believe me, the former,
if not the latter, WILL happen.
