Blavatsky stated that certain groups WILL be wiped out. I don't recall 
her ever saying that they NEEDED to be. At worst, her statements implied 
that, if they were not wiped out, they would die out on their own. And 
recall, physical ancestry is meaningless; if a group becomes totally 
assimilated, then they cease to exist (many groups that conquered China 
ended up finding this out; the "Aryans" that conquered India and the 
Koreans that conquered Japan set up cultural taboos against breeding 
with the indigenous peoples to prevent this from happening to them...
