very different. What a burden for this incarnation -- both sigh and
hearing impaired. Well you have kept on top of it.

HOMUNCULI	(Paracelsus facit )

Manlike intelligence of a limited type reminds me of Paracelsus and
his "HOMUNCULI." How he "made" them is unknown. That he had them as
apparent "servants" is recorded.

On CLONES :

As I look at Theosophical principles I think I can say:

One might clone a body or form and endow it with an animal, or even a
human responsive sensitivity ( as trained animals are) but the HUMAN
SOUL -- BUDDHI-MANAS is sui generis and is only able to use a form
generated under KARMA in the normal way.

The Atlanteans (historically and legendary) and their modern copiers
(biological scientists and geneticists) are proceeding along the lines
of the physical, which is all they know of.

They implant in Nature's wombs some kind of seed, and then by
processes they don't even know, Nature proceeds to bring out a
defective and fractured copy because the power to endow it with a
consciousness of its own, or even to guide the growth factors is still
unknown to the materialists in biology.

They cannot reproduce the free-willed independence of a Manasaputra
(Son of Mind) which is in every human. That's what I get out of
Theosophy on this.

If they attempt to use human gametes (single or multiple) and produce
a living form it can only be done under an aspect of BLACK MAGIC. and
that I would not care to speculate on beyond saying that it is
possible if one is able to also deal with the "spirits and
intelligences" in the STRAL LIGHT. In a few places H P B gives a
catalog of these "intelligences," and indicates that they are not
friendly to mankind.

They (scientists) may produce in cloning, a physical copy ( not exact,
even in animals) of the original germs / gametes (physical). But the
INTELLIGENCE, even of the animals, is irreproducible by physical means
alone. What is known of the nature of an "animal elemental."

As usual ... reading your messages posted during the night.

Thank you for bringing to my attention the special device
or gadget that transforms the printed word to speech.

I don't know a whole lot about them but do know of several people who
use them. In fact one of my social service advocates who is blind
uses the reader to read all of his e mail to him. HOWEVER he is only
blind and not also deaf.

In my situation when it was discovered that I had a hearing loss
between my kindergarten year and first grade year in school I received
a hearing aid and my mother taught me how to lip read so that I would
have what is call speech distinction. This was all fine and good and
works well for one on one conversations as a general rule. But now
with my not being able to even see the features of the human face any
more I can't lip read and so abilities to communicate are harder
right now. The reader speaker would not work for me ...When I was
very little I use to bite the huge radio that my parents had at home
in order to listen to the sounds coming from the radio. The hearing
nerve is also in the teeth as well as the ears.

Oh this reminds me they have invented a technology so small that a
cell phone can be implanted in the human tooth and some time in the
future people will not even need to carry cell phones around with them
because it will be
in your tooth. Now my question would be how do you turn off the cell
phone if it is in your tooth? I guess one problem could lead to
another.

Thank you so very much for sharing the message that was forwarded to
you by Leon Maurer about the speaking technology. I think Leon has
some very wonderful additions to the list groups don't you?

Oh one final comment, modern day science are thinking of machines to
become human. They are forgetting one thing however and that is the
lack the pure essence of the being of the human kingdom that this one
thing is the soul.....

At one time in far distant past during the ATLANTEAN times they did
have a somewhat human like formed creature that did much of the work
of manual labor and such. They for lack of better words were called
"things" I am not for sure the degree of evolution they had and how
much soul they had but would assume that to some extent there was some
glimmer of the fact they knew of themselves as the I AM.

This of course brings up another argument about a more recent
scientific "rediscovery" and that is in the area of cloning. They
have been able to replicate animal cells and get single cells to
divide and form exact duplicates of the one parent without the need of
the other parent. Now they
are working on the same idea for the human kingdom.


I KNOW this has been done in past ancient history in fact it really is
not a big secret to the ancient masters of the race. If you provide
the right environmental conditions for any living cell it will self
divide and replicate itself. Hence forth you could slice off tiny
slivers of cells say from the tips of
your fingers and create hundreds more "DALLA'S" who would look just
exactly like you in physical appearance.

Now my question to you is this, do these clones have a soul?

For myself I would say yes they do. As you and I both well know the
development of the soul is endless in scope of time and space. You
and I have lived so many life times in the past and have learned and
shared so much with each other. So indeed it is the progression of
the soul and the
advancement of SPIRIT which is so very important isn't it?
