Terrie,
My pleasure, and in regard to the Vedic Math I sometimes wondered if
it were
possible to create a logic chip having the logarithms of the Vedic Math
system
incorporated and having the efficiency and direct resolution offered by
it. It seems
to me that the West as a consequence of the Dark Ages got stuck in an
inferior
burdensome painful drudgery which tends to exhaust the mind in all the
unneeded
computational steps we were all taught in early schooling. I might add
that I spent
nearly 3 days trying to understand the 1st Sloka for solving the radical
Fraction
"1/19th", "By the Deficiency From Unity",lol. and also it blew my mind
when it
demonstrated one could begin the solution from either end, the beginning
or the
very last numerical digit of the solution, the "Alpha or Omega" if you
will. Never in
a western math class was I ever taught how to solve from the End back to
the
Beginning!

John
