Hi Terrie,

My only acquaintance with Tim was via theos-talk years ago. Knew of his Crowley association only because he mentioned it once. Not being a subject of interest to me, I never followed up on that. His participation on theosophical online discussion was limited to the time when he was working on his book. He sent it to me in electronic format prior to publication and I volunteered the comment which adorns te back cover. No contact since.
