Wry,
The Future is a very long time, we await your presentation, however:
"Tarry not for the Light is not always with you" reminds us patience
has it's
delimiter.Lol.
You mention in previous posts Mahayana, the "Sudden" school, I can
attest to
That as Truth. As is Sahaya. So lay it on us tender children.
Yes, my experience is that there is first the "Experience," then in
time Understanding colored to our temporal filter in terms of this
reality. I accept
certain teaching of Blavatsky more on this basis than other basis such
as the
comparative survey and compilations of Mankind's efforts and arrivals.
Once some
time back I utilized the quote by U. S. President Harry S. Truman "the
Buck Stops
Here," ultimately it is our continuos condition by which we alone by
self effort and
self transformation incrementally or "Sudden" as the case may be we
stand alone in
eternityness for all practical purposes, no one else but ourselves can
perform
changing the viscosity's context-water, wine, blood and oil.
Madame Blavatsky often quoted and referenced Rik Veda, Purana's,
Upanishad,
and many other Treasures of Human intuitive and direct experiential
Gnosis, just the
action of placing these before the Western audience amounted to a major
contribution. Curiously one thing I have noticed in the over 3 years I
have been on this
list is little direction is specifically pointed to these contents of the
"Treasury of
Light" as the Gnostics might say. Swami Muktananda wrote a Work "The Play
of
Consciousness" the Title itself so aptly described these same Bulletin
Boards and
the activity found in them. In recent posts some members use the simile
of the
"Drops" in the Ocean to indicate our appearance of individuation, there
is a work called
"Saundarya-Lahari" (The Ocean of Beauty), years ago in a unique
experience an
utterance was given: "I would push again someday- sailing as a sailor-
third power
coming from the sun". so let us sail and enjoy the Ocean of Beauty
singing to each
and basking in our mutual sunshine.
Happy New Year
John
