Secret armies

Ever heard of Private Military Contractors (PMC)? There are 35 of
them in the US alone, plus more in the UK and elsewhere. Some of
these guys cook soup for the troops, or buy shoes for the
Quartermaster Corps. Some of them fight wars. And they are
employees of private companies.
