Netemara,
In all these recent posts I can't help but giggle when I remember the
"Narada
Bhakti Sutra", in it Vishnu says to Narada "Narada-- I thirst--go the to
river and bring
me some water", Narada eager to fulfill the request takes incarnation, and
becomes
"distracted". Later upon dying Narada is asked by Vishnu "Narada where is
the water I
I asked for ?",
In my own rendition I see Narada completely surprised and distraught
and he immediately tells Vishnu "Oh My God ! I became distracted and forgot,
wait and I
go again for your water !" Ha Ha Ha
