Jeremy,
Yes, and in the last century major advancement in Astronomy and
discovery has added Planets to our immediate Solar System. In addition
in the last 20 years newer Discovery means have been devised, built,
and
put to use both earth based and Orbital, as well is the Deep Space
Network.
Soon, many more truly revolutionary discoveries shall be made as even
more
advanced Scientific Devices are brought on line and put to use. As
you and others
made have seen on TV recently another "Moon" was discovered and Named
in
orbit around the Planet Uranus bringing it's total of satellites to
21. There are now
over 50 posited new Planets orbiting distant stars published by the
Academics
of Astronomy worldwide, the number will grow and grow now and in the
years to
follow and by weight of evidence force the transformation of rigid
concepts long
held even by those who thought as in the past they had reached "the
end of all
knowledge."
