COMPARE & CONTRAST what Brian/Brigitte has written and quoted with 
the following material.

Brian/Brigitte continues to quote this incomplete extract from the 
Mahatma Letters on his/her website as well as on this forum:

"The highest race (physical intellectuality) is the last sub-race of 
the fifth -- yourselves the white conquerors. The majority of mankind 
belongs to the seventh sub-race of the fourth Root race, -- the above 
mentioned Chinamen and their off-shoots and branchlets (Malayans, 
Mongolians, Tibetans, Javanese, etc., etc., etc.) and remnants of 
other sub-races of the fourth -- and the seventh sub-race of the 
third race. All these, fallen, degraded semblances of humanity." 
(Mahatma K.H.)

Some observations are as follows:

(1) It is good to know that Brian/Brigitte can actually use 
quotation marks! In the past on numerous occasions, Brian/Brigitte 
has copied material from other writers without adding quotation marks 
to the appropriated material and without acknowledging the person who 
wrote the material. At least in this instance Mahatma K.H. is 
given credit .....!

(2) But it is somewhat strange to me that B/B does NOT cite the 
exact source for this quotation. B/B says it can be found on the 
Internet. At the very least a note could have been added:

(3) Now COMPARE AND CONTRAST what was quoted by B/B with the 
following more complete quote from the above URL:

"I told you before now, that the highest people now on earth 
(spiritually) belong to the first sub-race of the fifth root Race; 
and those are the Aryan Asiatics; the highest race (physical 
intellectuality) is the last sub-race of the fifth -- yourselves the 
white conquerors. The majority of mankind belongs to the seventh sub-
race of the fourth Root race, -- the above mentioned Chinamen and 
their off-shoots and branchlets (Malayans, Mongolians, Tibetans, 
Javanese, etc., etc., etc.) and remnants of other sub-races of the 
fourth -- and the seventh sub-race of the third race. All these, 
fallen, degraded semblances of humanity are the direct lineal 
descendants of highly civilized nations neither the names nor memory 
of which have survived except in such books as Popalvul and a few 
others unknown to Science." 

Certainly this extract gives a better context than the material that 
B/B decided to quote. . . . 

Actually one should carefully read and study more of this letter than 
what I am even quoting now in order to understand the Mahatma's ideas.

(4) Why did Brian/Brigitte delete the sentence just prior to the 
quoted extract? The deleted portion reads:

". . . the highest people now on earth (spiritually) belong to the 
first sub-race of the fifth root Race; and those are the Aryan 
Asiatics. . . . "

(5)Is Brian/Brigitte quoting the extract given at the very beginning 
of this posting to show us that the Mahatma is a racist?

". . . all these, fallen, degraded semblances of humanity. . . . " 

Is this phrase a racist statement?

Or what about this statement:

". . . the highest race (physical intellectuality) is the last sub-
race of the fifth -- yourselves the white conquerors."

Does this mean that "white" people constitute the "superior" race and 
that all other people of the earth are their "inferiors" --- "fallen, 
degraded semblances of humanity"? 

If this is B/B's contention then I must say that such a 
superficial "interpretation" ignores the whole teaching 
concerning the evolution of all races THROUGH cycles of time, etc. 
that is found in THE MAHATMA LETTERS, THE SECRET DOCTRINE and in 
other writings of Blavatsky.

(6) Brian/Brigitte, tell us what is YOUR UNDERSTANDING of what will 
happen ACCORDING TO THE MAHATMAS AND BLAVATSKY through time to "the 
last sub-race of the fifth -- yourselves the white conquerors'?

It is said more than once in the above titles that ALL "races" are 
born, grow to maturity and then decline, degenerate and face death. 

"The human Races are born one from the other, grow, develop, become 
old, and die. Their sub-races and nations follow the same rule." The 
Secret Doctrine, Vol. 2, Page 443-444 

My understanding is that through the coming cycles of time "the last 
sub-race of the fifth" will ALSO become "fallen, degraded semblances 
of humanity". 

For instance, read the SD, Vol. 2, pp. 444-445.

"Thus the Americans have become in only three centuries a "primary 
race," pro tem., before becoming a race apart, and strongly separated 
from all other now existing races. They are, in short, the germs of 
the Sixth sub-race, and in some few hundred years more, will become 
most decidedly the pioneers of that race which must succeed to the 
present European or fifth sub-race, in all its new characteristics. 
After this, in about 25,000 years, they will launch into preparations 
for the seventh sub-race; until, in consequence of cataclysms -- the 
first series of those which must one day destroy Europe, and still 
later the whole Aryan race (and thus affect both Americas), as also 
most of the lands directly connected with the confines of our 
continent and isles -- the Sixth Root-Race will have appeared on the 
stage of our Round. . . . it [Sixth Root-Race] will silently come 
into existence; so silently, indeed, that for long millenniums shall 
its pioneers -- the peculiar children who will grow into peculiar men 
and women -- be regarded as anomalous lusus naturae, abnormal 
oddities physically and mentally. Then, as they increase, and their 
numbers become with every age greater, one day they will awake to 
find themselves in a majority. It is the present men who will then 
begin to be regarded as exceptional mongrels, until these die out in 
their turn in civilised lands; surviving only in small groups on 
islands -- the mountain peaks of to-day -- where they will vegetate, 
degenerate, and finally die out, perhaps millions of years hence, as 
the Aztecs have, as the Nyam-Nyam and the dwarfish Moola Koorumba of 
the Nilghiri Hills are dying. All these are the remnants of once 
mighty races, the recollection of whose existence has entirely died 
out of the remembrance of the modern generations, just as we shall 
vanish from the memory of the Sixth Race Humanity. The Fifth will 
overlap the Sixth Race for many hundreds of millenniums, changing 
with it slower than its new successor, still changing in stature, 
general physique, and mentality, just as the Fourth overlapped our 
Aryan race, and the Third had overlapped the Atlanteans."

Please Brian/Brigitte . . . RE-READ and study and ponder on the 
meaning of the following sentence:

"It is the PRESENT MEN [including "the last sub-race of the fifth -- 
yourselves the white conquerors"?] who will then begin to be regarded 
as exceptional mongrels, until these die out in their turn in 
civilised lands; surviving only in small groups on islands -- the 
mountain peaks of to-day -- where they will vegetate, DEGENERATE, and 
finally die out, perhaps millions of years hence, as the Aztecs have, 
as the Nyam-Nyam and the dwarfish Moola Koorumba of the Nilghiri 
Hills are dying." caps added. 

Much more could be said on just this one aspect of the subject.
