However, I doubt that Blavatsky ever even met an aborigine; all her
information came from third-hand sources (is it possible that she was
unaware of the genocide agaisnt them? How well, if at all, was it
publicized at the time?).

The Mahatma Letters seem to indicate that the Australians have the
remnants of the CIVILIZATION of the 4th Root Race; they do have a strong
kama manas-based magic, possibly stronger than any of the other
so-called "shamanic" groups. Our own buddhi manas based magic has, of
course, largely surpassed the magic of the 4th Root Race civilization
(and is on the verge of getting out of hand, just as theirs did).
