Please find a pre-1967 reference to a the term "Palestinians".

The Arab nations are the ones who put the Palestinians in tents, not
Israel.

Answer the question. What does bringing a majority of the Jews in the
world to Israel have to do with the coming of the Messiah?

Jer 12, 14-15: Speaks of an action of God, not an order for the people.
Jer 16, 14-15: Speaks of an action of God, not an order for the people.

So? Jews had been kept away from their holy sites, in violation of a
U.N. order to keep the city of Jerusalem open to all, since 1948. The
Jews finally got into it.
