Dear Sufilight,

We all deal with the Dweller all the time. Our best defense is a pure
heart, that is to say, good motives, selflessness, devotion to the
good of all. If you are being tested it is because you have high
aspirations. No evil can touch us if we are pure ourselves. But we
all need help sometimes too. Be sure that the Forces of Light
surround you and protect you all the time. All you have to do is ask,
sincerely, in your own heart, for guidance and protection. Fold your
wings around you and hold the Light strong and bright in your own
heart. We are with you.

All Love,
Adelasie
