This is an interesting book, and tells of the relationship with D.K.
from her perspective, and in addition, it is available on CD, and
on-line at www.lucistrust.org

I am surprised that others who cited many sources, evidently didn't
want you to concider this on-line source.

She worked in the Hollywood (California) branch of the TS, and met her
husband there, and was contacted by D.K. there for a series of books,
(so she says).
