Bingo!!!!!!

It is amazing how many people supported what Guiliani accomplished, but
disliked him personally. I used to liken him to the little child who
tells a joke, and everybody laughs. So he tells it again, and people
still laugh politely. So then he tells it again, and again, and again,
until everybody just wants to shut the little brat up.
