Was the decision to unsubscribe Brigitte a legal decision?
As I am not a lawyer, I wonder would it not have been the right thing to do
to refer Brigitte's alleged illegal activity to yahoogroups (which has a
battery of attorneys available) and let yahoogroups make the appropriate
legal decision?
I don't know. Maybe this was done.
