Dallas,
The NASA TV is "NASA Select Television." It is
available for Cable
Television
if your local Cable provider has a policy of allocating
air time
for it (usually on
one of the Educational Channels. Here in Sacramento
California we
have it
whenever there is a Space Shuttle Mission up and in
between there
are NASA
Educational Programming Contents.
Best if local people where they live call their Cable
Provider and
ask them to
carry "NASA Select Television." We have it after normal
Educational
Class
Programming Schedules are fulfilled. I have 63 hours on
video tape
of the Hubble
Space Telescope Upgrade. The Downlink is from the
onboard camera's
on the
Space Shuttle in Color. When there is an ISS Mission
the view of
the Earth is
usually from over 250 miles altitude looking down as the
magnificent
panorama
of the Earth passes beneath.
