I didn't question Brigitte on this as it's a common misunderstanding and
not relevant to the discussion.
But you are right, once "dedicated" no non-Mormon is allowed within a
temple.
I lived in Granada Hills in 1980-81 and worked in Century City. Went to
that temple every week.
So where did Brigitte go?
1-The temple was remodeled while I twenty years ago. After remodeling,
before rededication it was open to visitors for a short time.
2-The Visitors Center next to the temple itself fits Brigitte's
discription as to the murals etc.
Easy to confuse.
3-She may have been to a regular ward meetinghouse of which there are
over a hundred in the L.A. area.
There is no other temple in the L.A. area beyond that one on Santa Monica
Blvd.
