If I and other must continually reread the long listing of 
alleged misuse
and quotations, citations, etc., that you insistently and 
redundantly keep
reposting, at least do this for me as it is the primary question 
that your
posting elicits in my mind.

Out of all the hundreds of misappropiations and citations that 
H.P.B. used
in "Isis" and the "S.D." exactly how many and whom of all the 
original
Patent and Copyright Holders of the Authors and Publishers 
related to the 
citations you have posted presented their Legal Representatives 
or wrote
formal complaint or took H.P.B. and/or Theosophy to Court in 
demand for
retraction, apology, post-citation, or real Damages , and who 
was successful
in such action? As it would appear to me that both Works by 
H.P.B. were
widely Published and Reviewed across several decades and 
extensive and 
manifold knowledge of said content was known, how then can it be 
possible
that Theosophy has not been bankrupted long ago by lawsuits? 
Mayhaps
they all knew where their bread was buttered and enjoyed the 
free publicity
knowing seekers would soon research the "Q" sources and sales 
would
rise?
