Something that has puzzled me for a long time. Why was Djual Khool
referred to by KH as "the disinherited?"


He was disinherited by his family because he took the spiritual path.

"He is frequently referred to in the letters as 'the Disinherited', a
nickname given him because he was disinherited when he became a chela of the
Mahatma KH. He is also sometimes called Benjamin"
