Dear Heretic

If, Chuck, "we" are fundamentally ATMA and use the rest of the 6
"aspects", why need we be afraid of any kind of :"labeling?"
Every "thing" evanesces.

An "atom" is a force field, or am I wrong. But what is at its
center, or causes the "force field ?"

Why is "it" anyway ? Why bother ? Who "knows?" And if the do
know, what's to be done ?

Is the "here and now" so important? and if so, to "Who ?"

As a perspective, 100 years from now, what things said these days
by us and others, will leave an impress that any one would want
to return to ?

I've always been troubled by the concept of a "belief system."
To me it sounds very vaporous. Highly insecure. A kind of
surrounding, or environment, self-created, which one enjoys
because one makes it compatible, and excludes all the annoying
"rest."

Sometime invitations are extended t others to join it, but aside
from some tentacular contact the "belief system" remains unitary,

Its (to me) like an air-filled balloon easily batted, has a
limited integrity, and does nothing of much use, but children
like it for a while, and miss it when it bursts, for a short
while.

But then all is Maya -- except that which perceives and cuts
through maya -- or am I wrong?

If there should be a "devil" (try and define one), its
existence would require a corresponding "god" -- and "evil:
would then be offset by "good." But can any one really put a
definitive explanation to those ? They are like pancake dough
easily impressible, but they have to go on to a skillet to
acquire a useful entitative purpose. Ah, where's the maple syrup
and the butter ?

In any case there ought to be a law about such things. Whimsy.

Enjoy,

Dallas

Paul,

You haven't lived right until you've been accused of being an
Agent of the
Antichrist on Xtian television.

What I find so mystifying is why our fundamentalist brethren are
so
incredibly afraid of inquiry. Could it be that their belief
system is so
inherintly weak that they fear that if any light is thrown it
will truly
disintegrate before their very eyes and leave them with nothing
but darkness
and chaos?

And, could it be that deep down they know that reality is truly
darkness and
chaos and all the spiritual blather and 19th century
psuedo-Sanskrit they can
muster won't change it?

Being an instrument of the devil isn't all that bad a thing if it
means a
willingness to ask the questions that people really don't want
you to ask for
fear it may make them face a truth that they would like to avoid.
And being
considered an instrument of the devil by those who are so
consumed by fear is
a compliment, perhaps one of the highest compliments that a
scholar can be
payed.

Chuck
