As far as the citation I gave I had the Honor to purchase my copy
>From the Besant Lodge of Hollywood on Temple Hill. It is the 1966
edition of The Theosophical Publishing House -Adyar, Madras 20, India
with a "sold by " sticker for the Theosophical Press , Wheaton , Ill.
Frank Silberman then had the Besant lodge and he was so kind to make
available some works in the back cottage.
