I found your query very interesting and informative.
So I took a few moments to look in the Edmonton TS Achieves to see what
could be found.
I could not find any information on Mildred Kyle or on Mildred De Aubrey
Corbin.
I did find information about Kyle, George which seems to be the same
person as George Allen Kyle. He joined the Aryan T.S. N.Y. on
1890-12-29. His sponsors on his application form where James Henderson
Connelly and William Q. Judge. As far as I can tell there were no
application to join the TS from any other Kyle or Corbin.
The Narada T.S. was chartered on Jan.7th. 1890 when the area was still a
Territory. 
I quickly glanced in the Pacific Theosophist but their names did not
show up.
