Re: Theos-World Passing On Theosophy

We must all acknowledge that each of us experiences the phenomena
presented to us in our own way. In much the same way that a vase of
flowers on a table might be surrounded by one hundred mirrors, each
relecting the vase of flowers but slightly differently. Each position
is unique but in no way takes anything away from the other. All
mirrors have the same nature in that they all reflect anything that
arises.
Frank is to be commended for the energy he has put forth to engage my
questions and comments. That is a gift. It is theosophy in action,
the intent to benefit mankind.
The study of what HPB has brought forth with her writings and the
wonderful intrigue of the Masters and the inner group really serve to
whet the appetite. But alas, it is like reading a wonderful bunch of
recipes and standing in front of a bountious banquet table prepared
with every imaginable sensual delight. If one does not step up to the
table and taste the treasures they will have missed the point.
Is there an appetite? Consider HPB's words from the SD, "the
traditional methods of teaching, generally followed, aim at
impressing every fresh idea on the memory by provoking the perplexity
it at last relieves." p.162 TSD V1 TUP
Kindly consider these words.
Thank you.
